Laser Surgery

What is it?

The laser machine is used to replace a scalpel blade during certain surgeries, these include but are not limited to declaw and oronasal surgery.  Upon owner’s request, we also perform routine spay/castration with a laser machine. The laser technique is less traumatic, it seals the nerve endings as it cuts, and bleeding is kept to a minimum with laser technology.  Post-operative swelling is less and hence healing time is reduced.
