Dear Dr. Yerovi, We would like to thank you for all of your caring attention these past few months. You were always there for Max when he needed you. I believe he had the best life possible. I know we all benefited from knowing and loving him. Not only did he make our world a more colorful place, but being able to spend that last 10 months caring for him made me a better person. I had never known that level of compassion.... now I do, and although it's hard, I look at it as Max's final gift to me. He was a sweet, sweet soul..... Friends tell us to light a candle, open a bottle of wine, pull out the photos and remember all the great times... we're not there yet, but I look forward to the time when we can do that. Thank you so very much for the paper you sent to me when you put my dog, Spunky, to sleep, it was a very nice paper about pets and Rainbow Bridge. I am framing it with a picture of Spunky and when I go, the frame will be buried with me. It meant a lot to me, I know she was a dog, but to me she was everything, she helped me when my husband passed away. If not for her I could not have made it. Thanks, Juanita Riley. (Thank you so much for the paper of Rainbow Bridge that you sent my sister, who is handicapped and can't walk. Spunky was her baby, the thoughtfulness you showed meant a lot to her. Doctors and Staff, We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of the care you gave our sweet Sonny, not just at the end, but for 2 1/2 years. As much as he dreaded coming to the vet, he always got excited to see the friendly faces and miles and everyone knew his name. He loved his farewell treats and always going to East Fork afterward. 2 special girls made a visit to Diana on Wednesday (5/28). They look
beautiful! Just when we think she has made them look their best - she
makes them look even better. Diana is a true craftsperson and must love
her job because it shows in her work. And besides shes so nice to deal

To Everyone at ACAH,
Since I have moved, the "Girls" (Daisy, Lily, Sweetpea and Holly) no longer go to ACAH, unfortunately.
I
want to thank ALL the ACAH staff (Dr. Dan, Dr. Yerovi, Dr. Lim, the
front desk, the checkout desk, all the tech's, grooming, and boarding)
on their professionalism, friendliness, courtesy and caring over the
years. Gosh, I don't know how I could have done it without everyone.
Since
moving, I have looked for a facility like (or similar) to ACAH and
there is none in the surrounding area that I could find. ACAH is a
"one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art facility. Whenever someone asks where
I took the girls before, I tell them "All Creatures Animal Hospital."
The response is always the same--WOW, really! In the vet community,
your excellent reputation proceeds you.
There aren't enough
'thank you's' for everything you have done. The girls and I were always
treated like family and you can't put a dollar figure or a measure on
something like that.
