Sarah Snyder
Sarah Snyder is a 6 year old cocker spaniel who has a condition called megaesophagus. Her esophagus is over dilated , causing her to regurgitate much of her swallowed food. The owners invented this device to keep her vertical after she eats. It works nicely so they don't have to stand with her. This techniques utilizes gravity to help get food into her stomach after she eats. She is shown here as she was boarding at all creatures last week. We are treating approximately 6 dogs with megaesophagus currently at all creatures.
