All Creatures Animal Hospital offers a spay and neuter assistance program for low income pet owners. This program has been developed to encourage the sterilization and subsequent reduction of the pet over-population in our community.

Eligibility
Pet owners deemed unable to afford spay and neuter for their pets are eligible.
Pet owners must sign a statement indicating that they are not able to afford sterilization surgery for their pet to participate in this program.
Personal financial information will be requested and utilized to determine eligibility.
Past due balances at All Creatures Animal Hospital must be paid before applying for spay neuter assistance with this program.

Interested parties may pick up an application form from our office. The completed form and accompanying papers should be returned to All Creatures Animal Hospital in person, or by mail - Attention Spay/Neuter Assistance Program.

Applicants will be notified by telephone regarding acceptance. Any vet services not approved will be the responsibility of the pet owner. Approved applicants have 60 days following notification to have this serevice done. Failure to make or keep your surgical appointment will result in cancellation of your acceptance.
